I’ve practiced yoga on and off for years, but since discovering YMM I’ve become a regular and I’m enjoying it more than ever. This is largely thanks to Yogini Nimita’s enthusiasm, attentive eye, and methodical teaching style, which have deepened my connection to my body while improving my flexibility, strength, and balance.

To me, yoga is meditation in motion, offering benefits that extend to mental clarity, calmness, and overall well-being. While yoga can be an acrobatic challenge for some, I see the ultimate challenge as developing a profound connection with your true self.

Yogini Nimita’s teaching is both inclusive and unintrusive, allowing you to explore the many dimensions of yoga at your own pace and comfort level.

Balasana and Ananda Balasana are among my favorite poses. Often seen as simple resting asanas, they hold immense power for connection and self-awareness. To me, they feel like “coming home”- a moment to reconnect with your source or the joyful inner child.

Twists, on the other hand, have been incredibly effective in relieving back pain, making them an essential part of my practice.

Practising yoga with Yogini Nimita has been genuinely transformative. Her instruction is exceptional. She is incredibly clear, precise, and confident, which creates a strong sense of trust and calm in every class. Her depth of knowledge is excellent. She knows the names of every pose and explains them with clarity and purpose, making each practice both accessible and engaging.

What truly sets Yogini Nimita apart is her ability to combine technical excellence with humour and warmth. Her classes are well structured and focused, yet never feel rigid or intimidating. Her light humour and grounded presence create an environment that is both uplifting and deeply effective. She is an outstanding teacher who creates a supportive space where progress feels natural, enjoyable, and genuinely rewarding.

I have noticed real and lasting improvements in my posture, energy, flexibility, and overall mobility. I move better, feel stronger, and carry myself with more ease both on and off the mat.

I would highly recommend YMM to anyone, whether you are new to yoga or have been practising for years.

Yogini Nimita has inspired a whole new approach to strength and mobility for me as part of my intense weekly fitness schedule. YMM mobility classes have been extremely challenging and rewarding and there is always something new to keep them interesting and exciting.

Moving beyond yoga to do things like handstand practice has me hooked and I now do handstands every day. I feel stronger, more agile and more able to hit my workouts for the rest of the week with less risk of injury and pain.

I look forward to class with YMM every week. The sessions are a great balance of different movements for morning. I always come away feeling like I have pushed myself that perfect amount to learn something new and feel challenged, and also to be in the zone where it is really fun and motivating. I can't believe how much I have learned about my body and my mobility since beginning. My range of movement and strength just keeps on getting better.
