Yoga Made Me personal training sessions are customised, giving you the opportunity to enhance your mobility, yoga practice and technique.

  • Suitable for:

    • Individuals wanting a personalised approach to fitness, blending yoga, mobility, and strength work.

    • Anyone with specific goals such as improving balance, coordination, muscle tone, or movement patterns.

  • Your sessions

    Each personal training session runs for 60 minutes and is fully customised to your pace, comfort level, and overall goals.

    We begin with a warm-up tailored to your mobility and any areas needing extra care. Throughout the session we provide personal instruction, hands-on or verbal adjustments (depending on your preference), and clear anatomy-based cues so you understand not just what to do, but why it benefits your body.

    Movements are selected to suit your structure, alignment, and lifestyle needs ,whether that’s easing tension from desk work, building functional strength for sport, or enhancing your yoga practice. Sessions are designed to leave you feeling stronger, more mobile, and more connected to your body each week.

  • Group size and frequency

    Personal training is available for individuals or small groups of up to 5. This keeps the environment personalised, focused, and comfortable, never overcrowded.

    You can choose to train every week, every second week, or monthly, depending on what works best for your lifestyle and how quickly you’d like to progress.

    Personal trainer qualification: New Zealand Certificate in Exercise (Level 4) means we can design and deliver safe and effective exercise programs, including pre-screening within own scope of practice and industry code of ethics. We can adapt programs for common at-risk groups using exercise science and testing.
